Why do LED lights have an energy efficiency class of F or G?

The energy efficiency rating scale was revised in 2023 to make it clearer and more future-proof. The new classes range from A to G and replace the old A+, A++, and A+++.

LED lights that are now rated F or G were often previously rated A+++ and are still extremely efficient. This change doesn't mean the products are inferior, but rather that the scale has become more stringent. Even LED lights rated F or G are among the best on the market and continue to offer significant energy savings. The new scale ensures that consumers can more easily compare and identify energy-efficient products.

How can the length of the suspension wires be adjusted?

Each suspension wire is fed through a small pin on the ceiling suspension. Push the pin in with one finger while you pull the suspension wire with the other hand or feed the wire back into the housing to change the hanging height of the lamp. Thanks to this mechanism, you can still change the hanging height after the lamp has already been installed.

Are the bulbs included in the delivery?

Yes! The light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right out of the box. You don't need to purchase any extra bulbs; you can simply install and use the lamp. We use extremely high-quality LEDs from reputable manufacturers that meet the highest quality standards. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 5-year warranty.

Does the light save the last light setting?

Yes! All of our lights have a memory function, which saves the light setting within 5 seconds of being set. This allows you to turn the light on and off using the light switch without having to reset the light every time.

How long does it take to assemble the lamp?

We recommend that you allow approximately 30-60 minutes for the installation of our Evanos pendant light. Before installing the light, you should adjust the length of the suspension wires to your liking.

Vom Bestellvorgang bis zur relativ schnellen Lieferung gibt des 10 von 10 Punkte, auch der Kundenservice bzgl E-Mail Kontakt ist TOP, selbst an einem Sonntag erhielt ich prompt Antwort. Bedauerlicherweise war die Lieferung mit einem Defekt behaftet, meine Reklamation wurde an einem Samstag Abend beantwortet und ein Austausch zugesichert, das beruhigt! Dieser erfolgte nach weiterer Mitteilung kurzfristig. Material der Ware/Lampe wie beschrieben und optisch wie technisch nichts zu beanstanden.
