How are your LED lights dimmed?
Our dimmable LED ceiling lights come with a driver installed. This can be controlled via the included remote control or via the Tuya app, as well as Alexa & Google Home for our lights from version 2 onwards.
What if the bulbs break at some point?
It's a legitimate question to wonder what happens if the bulbs in a light fail after a few years: After all, you want to enjoy your lamp for a long time. We can reassure you on this point – our lights (floor lamps & pendant lights) come with a standard 5-year warranty. And if your light fails after those 5 years, we offer a repair service that will repair the LEDs.
Can the light be installed offset from the power connection?
Yes. Often, the power connection isn't exactly centered above, say, the dining table. This can be remedied with a cable duct or similar device, through which the power cable is routed from the connection to the location where the light will be hung. The cable can then be routed through one of the ventilation slots on the side of the ceiling mount. Incidentally, it's also easy to drill another hole in the ceiling mount if you want to route the cable through a specific location.
Can your lights be mounted on a slope?
Yes. You can easily mount all of our pendant lights and ceiling lights on a sloped surface.
Is the lamp dimmable with an external dimmer?
Our dimmable lights have their own driver, which adjusts the brightness and color temperature and can be controlled via the included remote control and smartphone app. An external dimmer switch cannot control the brightness of the light; conflicts between the driver and the external dimmer will occur, rendering the light impossible to control. We therefore recommend avoiding an external dimmer.
Our lamps with replaceable bulbs do not require a transformer, allowing the lamp to be dimmed using an external dimmer. Information about the replaceable bulbs can be found on the product page for each lamp.
Are custom-made products possible?

Can I return my item if I don't like it?

We ship all packages with tracking. This way, you always know where your order is. In the unlikely event that your package gets lost in transit, we take full responsibility and send you a new package – no questions asked.
