Our 4-point plan for sustainable online retail

1. Repair instead of throwing away

Many defective products can be repaired in a few simple steps – often involving only small individual parts. In our workshop in Münster, we repair lights directly in our warehouse. This is free of charge during the warranty period; thereafter, there is a small fee. This way, we avoid waste, conserve resources, and secure jobs.

2. CO₂ compensation during transport

Our shipping partners DPD and GLS already deliver climate-neutrally. We are also optimizing the transport of our products from the production facility to our warehouse to prevent emissions from occurring in the first place – through better route planning, bundled deliveries, and close collaboration with our logistics partners.

3. Minimize packaging

We're continuously developing our packaging to save space and reduce waste. More compact packaging means more products per shipment—fewer trips, fewer emissions.

4. Sustainable returns

We inspect returns, recondition them, and, if possible, resell them. Instead of disposal, we focus on recycling – for less waste and more efficient use of resources.
