Then become part of our modern e-commerce company and support us as a returns manager (m/f/d) in the professional processing of our returns.

Your tasks

• Processing returns via our digital returns portal
• Inspection and evaluation of returned items (condition, reusability, etc.)
• Sorting and proper unpacking of returned products
• Preparation of products for resale (e.g. cleaning, repackaging)
• Maintenance and control of the returns area including cleanliness and efficiency of processes
• Monitoring stock levels of repacking cartons and materials
