What does the guarantee refer to?

The guarantee only refers to the lamps of the product categories:

• Pendant lights
• Stand -up
• Wall lights

All other components of the lamp such as cables, material, painting etc. are not covered by the guarantee.

B-goods products are also freed from the extended warranty period.

If the lamps of one of our luminaires within 5 years of the purchase date (decisive here the day of the order) show a defect, we will ensure free repairs or an exchange if necessary.

If the luminaire model is no longer managed in our online shop at the time of the defect and a repair is not possible, the customer can choose a new lamp in our online shop free of charge, which is similar to the original model.

The guarantee must be paid by us within 28 days of knowing the defect.
